Springdale South is an 1100-acre working sheep property nestled in the rolling hills of NSW, offering four luxury eco cabins that showcase our commitment to sustainability while providing exceptional comfort.

We are located just outside Wagga Wagga, in the beautiful Riverina area of south west NSW, where guests can breathe in the fresh country air.

We are conveniently located just 20 minutes or 19km from Wagga CBD, making us easily accessible while maintaining complete tranquillity.

There are four luxury eco cabins available, each thoughtfully positioned to maximise privacy and connection with nature.

Yes, the eco cabins are completely private and secluded. Each accommodation is positioned approximately 400 metres apart to ensure maximum tranquillity.

You can stay from one night to seven, though minimum stay requirements may apply during holiday periods. Any restrictions will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

If circumstances prevent your visit (which would be disappointing for everyone), please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer other guests the opportunity to enjoy our luxury eco lodge NSW experience. No cancellation fees apply.

Autumn and winter provide the most spectacular experience, with crisp fresh country air, cozy fire-lit evenings, and crystal-clear stargazing conditions.

Absolutely extraordinary. Our elevated location provides perfect conditions for stargazing, with complete darkness and virtually no light pollution creating stunning celestial displays.

From Sydney (westbound via Sturt Highway): Follow signs to Wagga Airport (Elizabeth Ave, Forest Hill). We're 10 minutes (11km) from the airport on Angels Lane.

From Albury (135km away via Hume and Olympic Highways): Navigate to Dunns Rd, Lloyd Rd, Gregadoo Rd, then Angels Lane.

From Melbourne (via Hume Highway): Take Olympic Highway as above, or continue to Tarcutta, turn left onto Tumbarumba Rd, Gregadoo East Rd, arriving at Angels Lane.

By air: REX and Qantas offer direct flights to Wagga from Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Car rental (AVIS, Hertz, Budget, Thrifty, SIXT) is available at the airport. From the terminal, turn right onto Elizabeth Ave and follow directions to Angels Lane—just 10 minutes away.

Each ecohut features a king-size bed, private bathroom with premium LEIF body products, complete linen and towel service, fully equipped kitchen with cookware and crockery, pantry staples, quality tea and coffee, dining table, comfortable armchairs, hanging space, iron and compact ironing board, and a wood fire heater for cozy evenings.

Each eco cabin features a wood fire heater for winter warmth and ceiling fans for warmer months. Air conditioning is not currently installed as we operate seasonally, closing during the hottest summer months.

Each luxury eco cabin includes its own indoor wood fire heater, perfect for creating a warm, cozy atmosphere during your stay.

Each accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, complete cookware and crockery sets, plus essential pantry supplies for your convenience.

Each eco cabin includes a premium Weber BBQ with utensils, gas supply, and pizza stone. Simply bring your favourite ingredients and enjoy outdoor cooking surrounded by nature.

Each accommodation features a king-size bed with premium linen or Egyptian cotton bedding, complemented by cozy blankets and throw rugs for ultimate comfort.

Every eco cabin includes a stunning outdoor stone bath with hot water and luxurious bath salts, creating the perfect romantic getaway experience under the open sky.

Each outdoor bath is positioned on your private deck with strategic protection, oriented east and north to maximise views while ensuring complete privacy from the access road.

Our seasonal welcome hamper includes fresh eggs, bacon, tomatoes, artisan bread, yoghurt, quality muesli, cheese, crackers, olives, local chocolate and local wine. We happily accommodate vegetarian preferences and other dietary requirements with suitable alternatives.

While we're passionate animal lovers, our working sheep property requires strict biosecurity measures, meaning pets cannot be brought onto the property for everyone's safety and compliance.

We don't provide WiFi as part of our digital detox philosophy. Your mobile device's data connection may work depending on reception, but we encourage switching off to fully embrace the serenity.

Televisions are intentionally absent from our eco cabins. You'll be completely captivated by the peaceful surroundings, tranquil atmosphere, and spectacular night sky to notice their absence.

Check-in is available from 3pm, and check-out is 10am, allowing ample time to settle in and enjoy your eco accommodation experience.

Mobile reception is generally available throughout the property, though signal strength can vary depending on weather conditions and your service provider.
